Based on the particular way that chart looks, we assume that you have set the Draw Type to Stair Step on Close. There is not a native draw type for Line/Stair Step on Low. If you want to see a Stair Step on Low, what you can do is to set the Graph Draw Type to None, then use the High/Low for Time Period study and set the Length to 1, then set the Low Subgraph Draw Style to Stair Step.
