Yes, you need to set the Chart >> Chart Settings >> Time Period per Bar to one of the Renko options. Refer to the information in this section: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/ChartSettings.html#TimePeriodPerBar You would then want to use the Renko Brick with Wicks for the Draw Style.
