If you are looking for 10 ms, we could potentially provide this service, but it would also require at least a Virtual Private Server in the Aurora Data Center (same Data Center as the CME Matching Engines). The cost of this would be roughly $500/month. As thing stand, we estimate that you being in Central European Time (CET) is costing you over 100 miliseconds in latency.
