Thanks! Your first and second suggestion I had done correctly but no change. The third option of "Changing the Font Size For Text Displayed with Tool Drawings (Global Chart Drawing Font) and going into Global Settings/Tool Settings and changing the font in "Global Chart Drawing Font" is what did it.
