ertrader ... after saving the originals you can achieve the change by copying these three files into /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/ (although Mint still thinks you have to old version). libX11.a libX11.so.6.3.0 libX11-xcb.so.1.0.0 Note the links to them in the picture so don't break the links.
