Well for me there is. I refer to free delayed intraday data from barchart. The delay isn't taken into account in the timestamp. Here is an example attached. The crosshair on the first bar of 2020-9-24 is at 9:15. This data should be timestamped 9:00. The time zone is set to the time zone of the exchange : Brussels Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-09-28 11:18:55
