I am looking to learn how to code. I don't even know python / c / or vb. Would someone knowledgeable be willing to recommend a course, path, or beginning language? I've heard python is a good start. I know very little else. I would very much like to delve directly into a language, however I have also heard that taking class on the basics of computer languages and algorithms. I kinda felt like the later would be a waste of time.
