We do not know what you mean. In reviewing your account, you are setup to use the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, and that account is setup. Additionally, you are using the correct Service setting in Data/Trade Service Settings, and you are setup on the Denali Exchange Data Feed to get live data from the CME Group. So you are fine with regards to the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service with Data.

Let us know if there is something else, or something that is not working.
