Ok. Well that's a problem as I'm using this for back testing. This week is already shot for me because of this, and sounds like next week will be too. Will you be offering any kind of credit? Do you not have a backup of good data, or scid files with good data? I just need historical tick data for a year for a handful of stocks, perhaps there is a way you can make this data available temporarily outside of the application?
