The data folder holds all those files. There is no dedicated folder just for SCID files. May I suggest you use the tool SyncToy? (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=15155) That way you can control when to do the syncing. You can exclude the SCID files from the sync process to save space and bandwidth.
