Signing up for the Order Routing Service is a "where you trade" decision. If you are going to trade through IB, then follow the Setup Instructions on the page linked above, and do not sign up for the SC Order Routing. If you want to use the SC Order Routing instead of IB, then you would go down that path. If you are trading through IB, then as per the Setup Instructions, you will need the TWS software running for Sierra Chart to connect to it and route the trades. In order to get the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you will need to sign both the Uniform Subscriber Agreement in which you enter the Clearing Firm as Interactive Brokers and enter your Account Number with them (do not worry about the Sales Person, you can leave that blank). You will also need to sign the CME Non-Professional Certification in which you will select Yes, that you are a Non-Professional.
