I am specifying the timezone on a per chart basis, not what is set in the data trade services. This is because I am trading markets in several timezones so it makes sense to specify that on a per chart basis. Please see the following screenshots and please just try and load a 15m chart DAX chart with your barcharts data and tell me if you get the session start and end time matching with what the Eurex website I posted above is saying.
