Feel free to copy and paste the following reply and provide it to AMP. Thank you kindly for referring Robert to us here at Support. Robert requires for his Trader ID to be made active. If you are not able to see his Trader ID in CAST then let us know by emailing fcmdesk@cqg.com from an @adm.com email address. After you've set his Trader ID to active and assist him with his account setup, you'll be done, and Robert will then be able to log into CQG Desktop using the Trader User Name and Password you provide to him. Alright Robert. That should help. Access to CQG Desktop and all things that go with your Trader User Name RBurkett is facilitated by AMP. |
