We will take care of getting the information in the documentation updated. Thank you for letting us know. In the meantime, you can look up the information for the first two items in the TPO Study documentation, as they have the same meaning in both places. With regards to the 3rd item (Based on Day Session Only), that is only in the TPO Value Area Lines study. It has the meaning that you think it does - the times that define the day are the Start and End times in the Session Times (excluding the Evening Session). This is true for all items within Sierra Chart, the trading day and other items related to it are based on the times that are entered in Chart >> Chart Settings.
