I see in "Charts Trade Settings" I have options in "Display Trade Window Controls" for Flatten, Reverse, but none for Cancel All. If I click on Fatten on the Trade Window the fills and attached orders are gone. This is good, but if I click on Cancel All then only my attached orders are gone leaving my fill unprotected. Also in the Trade Orders window the fill has disappeared. Can an option to disable Cancel All button on the Trade Window be implemented.
