In the Find Symbol feature I click on AHL###CME \| Heating Oil Crack Spread CME and chose any of the months that are trading and I get the error message ''Currently no data in file to display. Will start historical data download and real time updates. File:C:\SierraChart\Data\AHL-201403-CME.dly\|15:10 same error message for ARE###CME\|RBOB Gasoline Crack Spread CME A blank window opens with no data for the chosen contract. Other CME contracts such as crude oil are fine. My broker / clearer say the contracts are correctly mapped thru their TT feed so I'm confused. Is there something I'm missing? Thanks
