Hi, Graham has 'nerves of steel', so do not worry about that. If he can not help, he will clearly let you know, so simply just ask. Also he is (obviously) very experienced with his own tool and can definitely help with this, even though he is much more focused on Futures trading. I do not know of too many PS users, other than the traders in my private group. The layout he created for me is specifically adjusted for trading two instruments simultaneously (ZN/ZB) with non-voice based sound alerts (I prefer having sounds than someone talking to me).
