Hi SC. So, my trial started yesterday, everything was working fine. This morning (now) I turned the computer on, launched Sierra to continue the testing and the symbols just don´t wanna load, anything. There is a message with yellow background "Waiting To Download Historical Data", and it gets stuck in this, already left it on for a couple of minutes, nothing happens. Yesterday the symbols were loading after a couple of seconds. The message log says the download for symbol is in queue, then the last message where it gets stuck is (for any instrument): SC DTC Delayed Exchange Data Received security definition for symbol "X" If this is a problem in the server and it will get a while to fix, I ask you please to extend my trial 1 extra day (If I lose today for technical issues).
