We think the message you are referring to is for the Delayed Streaming Data for the CME Group. We see you have attempted to sign the agreements, but you need to update your contact information, as the agreement is being rejected since your information is not correct. You can see the status of the agreements here:

It is not a requirement that you sign the agreements for the Delayed Data Feed, but it is definitely recommended in case you need to use it.

The reason you cannot connect is because your Sierra Chart account is expired. You need to pay for usage time:
Follow these instructions to add usage time to your Sierra Chart account:

1. Select "Help >> Add Usage Credit" on the Sierra Chart software menu.

Login with your Sierra Chart Account Name and Password.

2. Choose the particular Service Package that you want to automatically renew and press the "Update" button.

3. Add sufficient credit to your Services Balance using any of the available payment options:
