Hi, I am using sierra charts through my broker (Transact). I have not been able to set up my market dept (it only works in a renge of 2-3 ticks, not for the entire ladder), I already read and applied what is in the "market depth historical graph" document. My question is, if I get the charts directly from you would this problem be solved?
