HI, I am wondering if it is my settings but i do not think it is, but if course it could be on my end. there are times i will set up 3 custom symbols on a second instance and every once in awhile 1 of them will not reload the data once log back into sierra chart. there are times i will get a notice on the chart that says cannot download historical data. these charts are intraday settings lets say 5 minutes for example not historical. For some reason it is tryng to do daily historical or something which i know doesnt work right now. wondering if you have noticed this and if there is a fix thank you. |
