Unless it is a Symbol Alert, you can only see a list of the messages that are added to the Alerts Log when they occur. This is in Window >> Show/Hide Alerts Manager. There are Study Alerts, Alerts that can be added to a chart, and also Symbol Alerts. What are you specifically referring to?
