We have released a solution to this. Update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease. After this you will need to re-download the data again with Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. Once you see the data is downloaded for the current symbol of the chart, then reload the data in the chart by selecting Chart >> Reload.
