I have a question about the Services Balance of $4.60 on my Account. I believe that if for telephone support that I never used. If I pay that fee of $4.60, can I set up a telephone call with one of the programming technicians to help me with a few issues regarding customizing my sierra charts for trading? I would greatly appreciate the technical support and will pay for it.
