Hello, I have a pending order in SC but it is not allowed to be canceled in any way, this is the log message: Order cancellation failed \| SC Futures Order Routing / Data order update (Order cancel reject). Info: Order cancellation failed \| Still awaiting acknowledgment of new order. Unable to cancel order. Text: Parent order. Tag: JCGO.twconfig. Internal Order ID: 160. Service Order ID: 1855351. Symbol: MESU20_FUT_CME. Account: AC130494 \| 2020-07-07 12: 22: 25.969 * In AMP informs me we do not see any work order but you see in your chart, contact support bord SC. I appreciate your help.
