You are having a problem with the Rithmic software. Not with Sierra Chart.

Sierra Chart has discontinued support for Rithmic. Refer to: Regarding Rithmic (Our Final Post on this Subject)

Please let us know who your broker is and we will help you get set up with the alternatives. If you are using one of these trading evaluator/funding company services, then refer to the thread above for alternatives and we will be further developing those technologies over the next few months.
