We do not see an issue when trying this. When you rearm the alert, the new value should show up in the Alert Manager tab. It can trigger right away if you rearm it very close to the current price. One thing to check is that your compare precision is properly set for the symbol alert. If it does not match the precision of the symbol, then the comparison could be bad due to rounding issues. The compare precision is generally picked up automatically from the symbol settings. You can also see the values in the Alerts Log tab of the Alert Manager. So you should be able to see the original alert, and then the subsequent values to see if they changed.
