For some symbols you chart when using Interactive Brokers, the data requests will go through our own sources. This is by design. Why is that a problem? The data we provide is superior to Interactive Brokers for the symbols being mapped to another source. All data requests will go to Interactive Brokers if you are on Sierra Chart package 1. In the case of the DTC protocol, there is no special data mapping that occurs. It will always go to the DTC server which is being used.
