You are fine. July 18, 2020 is the ENDING date for your usage time, not the starting date. If you go to your Account Control Panel (on Sierra Chart Website select "Support >> Account Control Panel") you will see in your Account Details an entry for "Current Usage Time Ending Date:". Right now, for you this has the following: "2020-07-18 23:59:59 UTC 32 Days".
