Yes that was the problem:
SC Data - All Services | Logon error received from server: Connection limit exceeded. | MaxConnectionsDifferentDevices = 1, NumCurrentConnectionsDifferentDevices = 2 | 2020-06-04 20:40:00.819

This is not something we would have any control over. The limitation is due to market data rules. To avoid this problem you can pay for a second connection which means you have to pay the CME fees twice. Let us know if you want that.
