What we said to the user is absolutely true based upon the information given. What we resolved is not going to cause system instability. If they had system instability, that is an issue with their system. We are reaffirming what we said a thousand percent. It is all true. You are not convincing us of anything. And we have overwhelming experience with what we say. The problem was simply related to the control bar with an out of bounds access on a vector. This does not cause system instability to the point of requiring a restart. If they had system instability, then there is something definitely wrong with their system which of course can include third-party drivers. That is 110% accurate. And we are used to users misrepresenting things to us, whether knowingly or unknowingly. And we make no apologies with what we said. And you are welcome to repost this, and make what you want out of everything we say. We want you to do that. Do you realize how many things get blamed on Sierra Chart in particular from certain users, not naming users, that are just not with Sierra Chart at all. And if it was communicated, that a new installation had no issue but when they used a particular configuration file that Sierra Chart ran into exceptions then we would have realized that we needed to test that file which we eventually came to realize based upon the communicated information.
