For info: I recently switched from Dorman to AMP because of the Trading Eurex via TT issue. Found General Customer Service less responsive at AMP but their web site is much more comprehensive (e.g. day trade margins are listed). AMP Account Dept and Trading Desk support has been excellent. Sierra switched the TT link to AMP very efficiently. |
