As you can see I have Denali Real Time exchange data feed enabled for CME. When I connect to CQG with the "support for SC data feed" I only see the [M] in F.US.MESM20[M] but not in F.US.EPM20 which is the emini ES. Is there something that ampfutures has to do in their end? I send them the CQG page you have written but they don't understand what authorization is required
