Appreciate the explanation. No doubt you folks will get it figured out. As to my three trades that were affected, it appeared to me that the problem persisted for at least half an hour. And I was wondering why the backup server didn't kick in automatically, so happy to hear you are looking into that, as well. Thanks, George |
