The log message was sent for you to review. I don't know what to do to connect and get sierra charts working on my new computer. I have been using sierra charts for years and connecting to the rithmic server, which I know you will no longer support, but you said you will support previous users until 12/2020 I have done the message describe below numerous times and it's still not connecting the DTC bridge. I don't know what to do to get sierra charts working on my new computer Connection error message from service: Rithmic Trading \| Error Running DTC server program C:\SierraChart\Rim\DTCBridge.exe. Note: Rithmic bridge needs installing. To install select 'Help>>Download Current Version'. On the installer enable 'Install Optional Components'
