Hello, I just subscribed to the SC trade routing service and am learning how this works. 1) Could you please permission my account for the SC web trading service. It would be helpful to have this as a backup in case I have technical problems with my SC installation. 2) Trading configuration. I saw that my live account appears in the Trade window also if I select the entry "SC Data - All Services" in the DTS menu. I assume that trading is not possible if I select this entry but please clarify this. I would like to avoid accidentally sending orders and need to be sure that the "SC Data - All Services" setting is for inspecting data and simulated trades only. 3) Data file duplication. When I select the DTS entry "SC Futures Order Routing/Data", SC re-downloads the data history of contracts that were already downloaded with the setting "SC Data - All Services". For instance, NQM20 was downloaded and gets reloaded as NQM20_FUT_CME. Given that I use the Denali data with both DTS settings, is this duplication unavoidable or can this be avoided? It would be nice to avoid wasting storage for duplicating data. Note: I have selected the "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" in the DTS panel. Kind regards, Beat |
