In my experience, CTS is better in terms of service, mainly because all tech issues are handled by CTS and their tech support is knowledgeable and fast. Rithmic is more or less dependent on the FCM that implements Rithmic. Also, if you want to branch out into spreads or options, CTS is a much better choice.
