I think I figured out how it works. This symbol does not support realtime update as the logs say. Intraday chart is updated accordingly to "Intraday Download Interval for Non-Realtime Symbols", but daily chart remains with stale data. The best work around I could find is set "Chart Data Type" = "Interday Chart Only" and then use daily interval to have this chart at least periodically auto-updated.
