As a nonprofessional the exchange will only allow you to access data on two computers at a time and we need to charge the exchange fees a second time for the second computer. That is supported with the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Let us know if you want us to do that and then we need to move you to the Denali data feed, and set you up with billing for two exchange fees.
