I have setup SC with Interactivebrokers datafeed. I have subscribed for IB XETRA stocks but when I load them in SC for some of them my charts stay grey (empty), eg VOW-STK-IBIS-EUR but others work. In addition for all stocks that do load in the charts a yellow bar across each chart shows up "Symbol settings not found for current service". I have updated the symbol settings via Global Settings - Symbol Settings - Update from Server many times but nothing changes. Help much appreciated. Thank you |
