Hi, I am trying to connect my OneUp account with Sierra Charts and I cannot establish a data feed. I log into Sierra Charts with my username and ID. Then I go to File > Data Trade / Service Settings > then I put my Rithmic user name & ID and select Rithmic and Paper trading and I still cannot connect. Everything is spelled correctly. Am I doing something wrong?
