I am not getting my API connection between Sierra Charts and Interactive broker. Interactive broker suggest we disconnect and reconnect as it was the first time this was being done. They claims they are not familiar with your platform in order for them to do it. I have no connection and I did see signs earlier that Sierra Charts NOT responding [Name and phone number removed for privacy] Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-04-28 17:09:30
