I think I have an idea of what is happening. I have 2 issues.

1. I changed my API port number due to a conflict with some other software linking to TWS on another PC. I was unable to connect to the IB data feed in SC until I changed the port number back to 7496.

2. Now the log is popping up every time I minimize it due to a conflict with Verbal Journal, a 3rd party plugin for SC. I'll figure out how to disable Verbal Journal.

Hopefully that will resolve the issues. Thanks for your assistance!
