Sierra Chart usage time is not billed according to calendar months. So it is not going to be in synchronization with the data feed which is billed according to the calendar month. And order fills billing is variable based upon trading activity.

You just need to make sure you have sufficient credit on the account to cover the cost of the recurring services:
