Hi , I have downloaded Sierra charts on another PC. Once done i made sure that my the software is connected to the data feed in FILE / DATA TRADE SERVICE SETTINGS. When done i opened my chartbook and ran EDIT /TRANSLATE SYMBOLS TO CURRENT SETTINGS. Although i seem to be connected to a data feed my whole chartbook seems to be frozen with no activity taking place. P.s. All is working fine when running sierra charts on my other laptop , so the problem must be specificaly related to the download i just did on my other PC. I have attached a screen shot of the frozen chartbook for your reference. What can i do to fix the issue? Kind regards Anthony |
