could someone help me understand what I am missing here. If I watch the UVOL/DVOL on the NYSE and watch it rise every 5 min bar. But see that the UDVR-NYSE goes from lets say 40 to 20 but we continue to see increased volume on UVOL/DVOL. doesn't the ratio going down imply that the is more volume at the time going down and then would show a negative effect on total volume
