thank you tom, i was looking at the site yesterday and it helped me with some things. I didn't rememebr to look it again for this issue. it's nice to have there examples for common problems with spreadsheets. I see that I need to use 4 more columns for that. Is there any way to add more columns for calculation into the existing spreadsheet and not mess up the formulas in Row 3? thnx again Date Time Of Last Edit: 2014-01-09 17:47:54
