We are not able to reproduce the problem you were showing in the original post with your chartbook. The only thing we can think of is that the system thought there was missing data there, and therefore was trying to make the anchors fit as best it could. The one thing to try and do, if this is still an issue, is to select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. If there appeared to be an issue with the data, then this should resolve it.
