We apologize for the delayed response and we did look at this contract earlier and we did see that it was updating during the trading day on 2020-03-26.

So although you observed not receiving data, we did not observe a problem at the time we looked.

The missing historical data is now patched. Follow the instructions here:

We are working on another source for this data. So longer-term this issue will get resolved. This is just a time-consuming process on the business side we have to go through.

We think Barchart obtains this data from CQG. So apparently CQG had a problem and then apparently Barchart had a problem as well, so we are facing problems from two sides. We really do apologize for this, and we are working to remedy the situation by supporting another source for this data.
