Thank you for your suggestions and insights. To get proper Transact simulated fills, Transact has indicated that I should not use the SC sim mode. Rather 1. Put DTS settings to Transact trading, connection type Simulated live (not "Live") 2. Deselect Trade>>Trade Simulation mode on Great Platform
